How much more old school gangster can you get? The guy even looks Italian. It sounds like a mob-ish thing to do to someone. I mean who really shoots anyone in the mouth. Thats shits not only gotta hurt, but if it doesn't like kill you, it's also gotta be damn embarassing. They would have to make a fake jaw or face for you, like they do for those guys that got mauled by like alligators and bears. You would probably have like half a fuckin' eye socket as well and you could store big things (well not huge but bigger than would fit in an ordinary persons mouth big) like a few tennis balls or a stuffed animal. And like, when someone else is talking, you could cut them off mid sentence and be like BAM! and bust out with a stuffed animal right out of your face like some creepy transformer.. ICK.
